On the road again! How did you guys like this episode? Are you excited for what's next?!
I love every episode. Caroline is going to out fish Dad.
Unreal video content. Your family and adventures are amazing to watch!! Thank you for sharing!! - Ryan
Happy birthday!
Very much so!!! I know what I am viewing has already happened, probably months ago, but I can't help but be excited for you and your family for each day's adventure that you share with us. My desire is to one day somewhat replicate your adventures to and through Alaska; my reality, due to my age and circumstances, maybe not so much. Still, thank you for sharing this adventure for all to see. I hope you realize that being more than an income source for you, your videos bring enjoyment and hope to many, many people. Adventures like yours are the modern day National Geographic of my era.
Man, Caroline casts much better than I can, and I've had a lot more practice! I love that you care enough about the dog to keep us informed of his fate. It always brings a smile to my face to be notified that you've posted another video - please be safe and keep 'em coming!
Your videos are incredible and the story you tell is even better, I’ve stopped watching tv for the last two days and have been binge watching this series. May God watch over you and your family and keep you safe in your adventures. 🙏🏻
Brilliant videos, compulsive watching. You guys live a great healthy and happy lives, don’t stop, your an inspiration to all us house bound city living cowards who would love to be brave and do what you,s do, well done and good luck in your endeavors I wish you,s love peace and harmony always but I think you have that already..
Thats awesome to hear that dog now has a forever home!
just came to this channel randomly and now addicted. 3am and watching in corona time.
Welcome to the channel!
Just thinking how much I’d love to have spent that quality time with my girls when they where your daughters age... Take every minute... God Bless.
23:12 - 23:45 Really nice to teaching child that way, and a great way to teaching child for caring about natural too.!
I love it, good luck. ))
Man I gotta say Iv been binge watching from Season 1 episode 1.. just started watching a few days ago. I’m currently stationed overseas in Korea. Iv been away from my wife and 3yo daughter for over a year now. Watching these videos puts a smile of my face and sometimes has me on the verge of tears. I’m truly looking forward to getting home and making beautiful memories with my family just like these. Thank you for sharing these special moments.. it has really helped me through a difficult time.
Anthony, thank you so much for sharing this. We appreciate your service and glad we could help give you a taste of home. We look forward to hearing about your adventures when you return!
Been subscribed to your channel for about a month now and I love it . You both are just amazing people on a great journey . Your daughter is such a cutie and I agree she will probably outcast you some day . Alaska is such a beautiful state , we have family that lives there and we go every chance we get . One of my favorite places is Hatchers mine , its full of history there and you can even rent a personal cabin there . You guys take care and be safe . Cant wait until your next video of your journey.
Happy belated birthday. Great side story on the dog, glad to hear the outcome. Wish I could rewind my daughter back about 7 years to when she was sooo much like your Caroline... She is such an adorable little girl! Enjoy these times! They grow too fast.
Thanks for riding along!
Caroline is a trooper!!! I just love her voice. This trip will definitely be burned in her memory for the rest of her life. Thank you for having the nerve and the drive to take life by the horns!!! You both should be extremely proud of yourselves. 😁👍
23:20,,,, how can that not bring a tear to a parent’s eye?
Great adventure you and your family are on. Just really enjoy watching this channel. Caroline looks like a natural born fisher person. I have two young grand daughters who love going fishing with me. Enjoy all the time you can with the little one they grow up fast.
Watched you guys from preseason 1. Am amazed at how many VW T25's I spot! Great series and have learnt a lot. Fantastic arm chair travelling, highly recommended.
Caroline is quite the natural. Glad to hear the dog is alright and has been adopted.
Thanks for watching!
A lovely family, thanks for allowing us to share your journey.
Thanks for riding along!
Thanks for the update on the pup....
You guys are such fantastic story tellers. More than the video, it's a great soundtrack- music and narrative. The next episode cannot come soon enough!
Really appreciate the support!!
The update on the camp pooch was a great touch. Miss Caroline is a natural with the fishing rod for sure.
“Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far they can go.”
Thanks for the update on the dog. I was definitely worried. A non-Husky (etc) probably wouldn't have survived the winter up there. Happy Endings!
of course we are excited to see what happens next so please don't let us wait anymore
What an awesome trip to take as a family.
Really enjoying your family adventure. Thanks so much for sharing.
I really wish there was a Multiple "Love" Button on RUclips. Your videos remind me of how innocent and carefree children can be when given the chance. Mine are all grown up and are engrossed in technology and fast paced life. I can't wait to have grand kids and enjoy the look on their faces when they experience all the first that nature has too offer. KUDOS on what you're doing and Thank You for sharing the journey.
Thanks so much for the encouragement!
Awesome outdoor lifestyle, what life is meant to be.
Thx for the ride along , happy for the pup too.
My grandpa, a scratch fisherman, taught me how to cast from the driveway of our summer cottage....this is so special. I hope that it resonates for Caroline!!!
yall r my new fav channel on youtube!! i absolutely love your journey!!
-peter
Love your videos , we traveled the Dalton to the Arctic Circle and back, but we cheated, we took a bus didn’t want to pull a travel trailer up there. It’s great watching you guys interact with each other , what a awesome little girl Caroline is ,my wife and I have told a lot of people about her , oh yeah and you guys too :) Caroline is a natural with that fishing rod.
Thanks so much, Ralph!
Really great job on that one Kevin 👍
Jason
Thanks, bud!
Really glad to hear that "The Bear" has a fulltime family now...love that you guys are teaching your daughter to leave the camp better than you found it and the fine art of casting...oh and happy "27th" birthday!
Thanks for the kind words and support!
Happy Belated BD. You guys Rock! Love your adventures. Thank you.
Thank you!
Really loved your series.. very nice job..
Thanks!
What a great adventure! Love all your videos. Very inspiring. Great music choices. Can’t wait for the next one.
This is more than just a tube video....THIS IS ART!!
Yay! Glad your car problems are behind you. Another good vid. Living in a house is weird once you've lived on the road for more than a couple weeks. Especially after a couple years on the road. Congratulations on your 'lil natural! Quite a cast to get into that circle! :-)
Happy Belated Birthday Buddy! More adventure to you and the family
Thanks so much!
Great videos as always you guys. Watching them helps keep me motivated to work towards my own goal of buying and building my own overland rig for our family adventures. My line of work won’t give me as much time off as I would like to do some epic long trips but I’ll make the most of what I got.
Right now it’s a minivan and a couple tents lol
I enjoyed the traveling with you and your family. Safe travels.
Thanks for riding along!
I can tell you, without a doubt, that your channel and videos are my favorite. I subscribe to a lot of travel type channels, watch a lot of videos, but I'm always disappointed when your video ends. Can't say that about the rest. Thanks for sharing, safe travels y'all.
Wow, we really appreciate that! Keeps us motivated!
Its funny how your tent feels like a home. Im enjoying your show. 🇨🇦
Right? We really missed it!
outstanding, thanks for taking us along
Thanks for riding along, Bob!
Wow, Caroline casting was on point! She is a natural!
She really is!!
Great video as always guys. Thanks for including the updates about the dog as well!
GLAD TO SEE YOU ON THE ROAD AGAIN. THE DALTON LOOKS A LOT DIFFERENT ON THE ICE ROAD TRUCKERS UNDER WINTER CONDITIONS. NICE TO SEE IT WITHOUT THE SNOW AND ICE
Thanks, Annette!
Another amazing video! Thanks so much. Makes me want to hit the road again. Been cooped up way too long in this hotel room.
Love the update on the dog in this video!
Another stellar job on the vid. Well done Caroline on the newly acquired casting skills 👍.
Cheers
Steven OB13609 🇦🇺

Thanks for watching! You can find a lot of our gear at www.kit.com/lifestyleoverland
Time to " Air down, check Engine Vitals, and go Potty". Perfect - you guys have figured out the trifecta for a happy family!!! You guys have officially joined the very small list of RUclips channels that I won't skip ads for :)
Thanks, Ewing! But please, skip the ads! They're annoying lol
@@LifestyleOverland only the incessant Kia dealership ads I get! I can't support you with patreon right now, but I can suffer through a few ads if it helps put fuel in the tank!
@@LifestyleOverland do you get paid more if we let the whole ad run versus skip?
@@JohnHMoore Honestly the whole RUclips income is fairly small. Watching an ad might add a couple pennies here and there but nothing worth sitting through! You have my permission to skip LOL
If you have a small spray bottle, you can fill that and use it to blast the mud out of the locks with less water and more pressure. Love the video as always, and Happy Belated Kev!
Hey Happy late birthday my friend hope you have a great day love your videos.
Love your show! Just stumbled on it searching for Roof top tent reviews. I absolutely love how you document your travels. I envy your lifestyle. Keep the vids coming so I can live through you. lol
Funny stuff....Happy birthday whenever this hits you, so young...The Dalton....Faith, hope and charity be yours if needed....Just in case you missed the weather news....SNOW in Vegas, Searchlight whiteouts, and AZ., snow...cold in places that don't usually experience the northern winter "stuff". As a "snowbird"....this is a little to literal....coming week they say 70's will return.....Stay safe, enjoy the next experience. forgot to say...Bug spray...did you buy a gallon ?
Another great job, safe travels
Awesome video. Continuing the amazing adventure. Happy birthday by the way. Old man!! 😂

@@LifestyleOverland Always! It was so cool to see Caroline cast her fishing rod into the circle you made! :D
beautiful family. sweet channel. good luck on yalls adventures.
looks nice and muddy, have fun and be safe
Thanks, Elwood!
Remove the shackles from your rear bumper, use the recovery points to connect a bar across the back from which you can suspend an offcut piece of conveyer rubber belt, this will collect the majority of the mud spray and keep yout railer a bit cleaner... Australian style.
Ha! That "vintage 1970s fan" is modern day compared to what I grew up with. The oscillating fan I grew up with was probably old when my parents were married (circa '60). All metal, complete with the blades banging against the guard frame. I did however eventually have that exact brown-tone fan of my own some time back in the dark ages of the 70's and 80's.
Happy birthday! Hope it was great!
Well I come across your Channel about a week ago and I binged watched I guess I shouldn't have done that because I just watched the recent video and now I am sitting here in three feet of snow waiting anxiously for either the next video upload or spring something better come quick I'm going crazy haha thank you so much for Reviving a hope in me in a drive to be out on the road doing what's in my soul I'm a disabled man full-time wheelchair user but I've been in a wheelchair for 25 years so it's just who I am now I'm 45 years old and I was born and raised in Alaska and now I have a trip planned back to Alaska I don't want to rag-chew too long on this I can't support you monetarily but I can thumbs up your videos and subscribe and share your content with my friends I will be buying a sticker and a patch to put inside my rig I drive a 99 Montero that I have set up for overlanding I'm getting a trailer built for me this spring so I'll be able to live independently I know it's a big undertaking but I know myself and I'm strong enough to do it God bless you and your family Kevin and thank you. Bob.
Hey Bob! Welcome to the channel! Thanks for the encouragement and support!

Sir you are awesome.
Love from Nepal, the country of mount everest 🇳🇵🙏🏻
Great episode!
Is it even possible for you guys to not have a great episode? Keep em coming!
Haha, oh yes it is. But thanks for the support!
Well, Happy Birthday Sir.
At 2:38 need a back-up camera/ monitor. (have one)
At 17:57 i see a perfectly good mud puddle that if you had a submersible 12V pump w/strainer, could be used to hose off mud without wasting good potable water. (have one)
Beautiful scenery. Keep it up and above all, have fun!
Sounds like you're all set. Thanks for watching.
Happy Birthday!
Another awesome video!
Safe travels and much love from India.
Thank you!
Nice trip!
Happy Birthday from Minnesota
Thanks!
Happy Birthday, I always enjoy watching. Have you thought about your family history Journal you are making with each episode for Caroline's children and their children and so on. Thanks for sharing.
Love your videos, but always end too short. Travel safe.
Thanks for riding along, Max!
Just awesome, great video by a great family thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it!
Good stuff. Thank you
Thanks for watching!
Great update on the dog
Happy birthday
Boom! great casting, no way I could ahve doen that at her age, how cool is that :-)
That's pretty much how I learned to cast, except it was my older sister teaching and it was in the front lawn.
I love the new camera angles!
Nice casting Little Miss Caroline!
Happy Birthday from Canada
Thanks!!
hi guys i always look forward to your vids
Thanks, Mike!
Happy birthday bud! 😎🍺
alway waching this my Favorite chanel,, hai Caroline
Thanks so much!
Happy "belated from some time ago" birthday! Caroline needs to teach Elijah how to cast. She's a natural!
I remember you talked about the stove you use but can't remember the video. How do you like your stove AND can it cook things besides water? Seems every stove out there will tell you how fast it will boil water but fails to mention if it can be turned down low for other cooking. Every "camping stove" I've owned can boil water but will burn everything else up if you don't keep an eye on it constantly. Hope you or one of your subscribers can offer recommendations on your stove or other choices. Love your vids!
Lovin' the videos.
Pro tip.....carry your own potable water hose. You have no idea where the end of that garden hose has been stuffed.
Thanks for watching. We don't drink from our water tank because we don't trust the sources either. It's just for clean up.
I can't wait to start my trip.
Az has some interesting history to it. I wanna see the gilla n.f. though love the videos on the gilla you guys have on here. Tennessee was awsome to see to. Thanks for sharing that, that 23 zero hat so clean! When are you adding the air sprayer to the rig?
