  • Zhaohua Ancient City is one of the better-preserved ancient towns in China. Situated close to Guangyuan City in Sichuan Province, it is a convenient site to check out for those visiting the ancient Jianmen Shu Road, a famous historical and cultural town with a history of more than 4,000 years.
    Set in a stunning natural location, Zhaohua Ancient City is one of the key towns in the history of the Three Kingdoms in China. Zhaohua Ancient Town is an important birthplace of the Three Kingdoms (220-280) culture, with the best preserved cultural resources of the Three Kingdoms so far. It is an important example for studying the politics, military, economics and culture of the state of Shu Han. Zhaohua was one of the earliest counties in China to implement the system of prefectures and counties, and is reputed as "the first county in the Ba-Shu area and the second capital of Shu.
    The ancient city has a peculiar natural landscape. At the junction of the Jialing River and the Bailong River, the magnificent natural Tai Chi map with a diameter of 5 kilometers and an area of 20 square kilometers formed by mountains and rivers is known as "the greatest natural Tai Chi in the world".
