Working in a kitchen is hard and it makes or break you either you hack it or you can they are very long hours it’s not glamorous.. don’t know why people are shocked it’s known 😂 have a pastry degree worked in high end restaurants 1 wasn’t great but learnt a lot and the other was crazy but fun but you can’t take things personal in a kitchen setting people are stressed and on a time limit ..
@@WillowX5reread it again I didn’t miss the point , being someone in field for many years I think I’m aware of what it takes to be in the business and that it’s not 9-5 and glamorous and easy job and injuries happen and you work with assholes but working in a kitchen either makes you or breaks you not everyone is cut out for the high end restaurants .. doesn’t take away she might be an excellent pastry chef but it doesn’t seem like she’s cut out for the restaurant .. but you think that’s the point I’m making than go for it ..
