Soaking in Epsom Salt is good for the soreness. Also try icy hot or bengay for your neck. The massage should have helped your neck issue. Good luck! Hope you feel better. Recommendation for the pain: coming from a track athlete most likely you’re in pain because you pulled something during the track event and you probably didn’t stretch or warm up properly. then you got a massage on top of that and massages sometimes leave a person soar throughout depending on the intensity. personally epsom salt baths do help with soarness so I would take a couple of those and rest your body. it’s most likely the massage and event that made you feel this way though. stay blessed and get better soon!

The cramping is because you over worked your muscles. Pickle juice or Gatorade. Pickle juice works faster about 4 ounces to start.

Hi DDG, i know if you have leg cramps, tonic water is good to drink. The Quinine in tonic water relieves cramps. The epson salt should help you as well.
