- We celebrated Christmas early on our camping trip to Wekiwa Springs State Park! Nature trails, clear water, and so many animals! The staff was so kind and knowledgable, answered all of our questions and were a joy to meet. The general store featured cold beverages, camping supplies and even some grocery items. The campsites were well kept and shaded. Clean bathrooms were another positive! We highly recommend this state park if you're in the Central Florida area. Not far from Orlando!

Looks like yall had a great Christmas (fake Christmas - lol). We actually end up having several Christmases each year with various family and friends across a couple states. So we have bonus Christmases too. We love the natural springs in Florida and would love to camp in this park one day. Have a great 2022!
Haha we are no strangers to multiple Christmas events, we both come from big families and it's just a lot to get everyone in the same place at the same time. We are both introverts so we prefer the small gatherings over the crowds. And yes, the springs are a beautiful place to camp! We highly recommend this place! Thanks for being here!

Way to go Angie driving big ugly! We love Wekiva. Such a beautiful park. Y’all were definitely brave getting in the water. It’s cold on a hot summer day, can’t imagine getting in it even if it was 80 out 😂 I am definitely a wimp. -S
