DAMN, it's a CRIME they didn't fix the detection in the Remaster and then you get the goat Blackflag and then I took a break and played Syndicate not that bad had a good stealth system, cool setting, serviceable story and then I went back and I'm currently playing Rogue and so far into the story I really don't understand how people consider it that bad I know there's like one line where Achelies just says "Shay was right" outtakes nowhere but so far it's the most mechanically interesting Kenway Saga game, all these different parkour options, a gaggle of fun stealth tools, easy but fun combat, the only problem I have in there games, is NO ONE CAN HEAR, I also played a good bit of Orgins and aside from the parkour which isn't that bad you can still make it interesting I love it
Yeah but still he had a heart and realized that his course didn't made him happy and made him loose his best friends.. Honestly Edward needs at least one game after the events of Black Flag where he travels around the world and rebuilds the British Brotherhood with Miko(The guy Haythem killed in the beginning of AC3)
This gives me goosebumps. The memory I had in this game . I used to hate the naval mode back than but now I love it . The shanties, driving the ship through hurricanes and storms. Than after long voyage , taking break in island and hunting or running around and assassinating. It was just a super chill vibe . The story mode was also not serious as the other games in my opinion. It's between this and Broothhood for my favorite Assassin's Creed game. The both make you feel like you are in the setting, well researched, with an amazing supporting cast and character arch. Also I love these smooth as vidoes you put out. It's like watching the cinematics playout in the game so cool!

Black Flag will forever be my favorite AC game of all time. It was my first introduction to Assassin's Creed, and at the time, I've never played anything like it. To this day, I am blown away at how immersive and interactive the stealth and environment is, whilst keeping the 1700s pirate-golden-age feel and setting. Not only is it a phenomenal stealth game, it has awesome combat and traversal. This game made me fall-in-love with AC. Great gameplay btw
I agree with you, it is indeed one of the best ac games. The only thing I didnt like about this one was the HUD I think they should have kept it like AC3. Also, nice throwing knife kill and cockram.
Kinda wish they could’ve kept a bow or have more than just one throwing knife at a time. A sleep dart is effective but looks kinda stupid when you have to stomp out the target instead of using a hidden blade to finish them off
This works for the games where you can jump. 4:48 if you instead had stayed in that spot and held High Profile and Sprint with no directional imputs and let go of Sprint you will do a small jump that ledge catches any beam at or a little above your character and you can climb up like that instead of turning around and jumping onto a standalone beam projecting out of the tower but other than that I took a lot of inspiration from this run on my playthrough.
black flag has so many finishing animations, but the drawback is u don't have much for stealth assassinations. They are like 6 or 7 total and using enemy weapons like one sword and rifle etc makes them like 13 probably less in every weapon u could use

just got done with ac brotherhood, can't wait to begin revelations and work my way up the series also, it would really be nice to see some Ezio's trilogy content
I finished 2 in a week with 90% of trophies and brotherhood like 35% cos I mainly wanted to know the story since I never finished it on Xbox 360 and now I'm thinking of playing brotherhood again and 100% the game
Now that I think about it though, isn't allowing the enemy to let out a death scream not stealthy by default? Kinda strange that stealth game devs often overlook something this simple :v
For me, it feels like AC3 DLC (yes i know it could be a DLC for AC3) and that is the problem. We got sea missions in AC3, but they were implemented in a huge amount of Assassin gameplay, AC4 is more about sea gameplay.
The assassin side of this game, really doesn't get the credit it deserves, I've even heard some people say that the on-foot gameplay is a downgrade from 3 which should sound insane to anyone who's put time into that game's stealth, no offence to 3, I still like that game

We didn’t even engage any tribes in AC3. I’m sure tribal warfare was way more prevalent. The Native Americans sided with the British during the American Revolution. I feel like we need to take this from the perspective that we’re not going to be Aladdin in love with the Princess or Mario with Bowser as an annoyance….. it’s odd that’s all
