- This is the BENELLI TRK 502x / 502. Is it the most affordable adventure motorcycle? Murang 500cc na ADV dito sa Pilipinas, magkano nga ba?? I have the TRK 502. Great bike, but very poor aftersales service from Benelli San Fernando. Technician kept saying there is no vibration during braking. The owner says if the tech says no vibrations, then there is no vibration. Very dismissive, after several visits and bad feedback on their facebook, they then decides to contact me and offer to check my bike. The reason for this was because I left a negative feedback. The manager wanted me to remove my feedback if they check my bike. But I wanted them to fix my bike, not just check it. Yet they still insists no vibrations during braking. but I decided to purchase accessories from them and that was the biggest mistake i made.
Items i purchased :
1. Windshield extender
2. Auxiliary lights
3. engine guard
the installation was a terrible job. They forgot to tighten 2 screws on my side fairings on the right, which i had to go back and then again because they didn't tighten the screws on the windshield extender. the screw on the windshield extender flew off while i was on the expressway!
Back to the vibration while braking. I still experience the vibrations and needed a 2nd opinion. Rode all the way to Benelli Ortigas and had them check. They checked and found that the main engine bolts were loose. The brakes were also checked, and also found the buttons on the disc brakes were seized up, creating vibration. Ortigas fixed it, san fernando didn't bother to check initially and then when they did check, could not find issues.
Back to the accessories i purchased, after losing the screws (windshield Extender) the technician refuse to give me the original screw, claiming he tighten it but in fact, he didn't because i check the left screws dropped off, right screw were loose, i had to tighten it myself before I lose a second screw. They implied that it was my fault and if i want the original screw, i had to purchase a new windshield extender! I got really mad at this point and i scolded the technician, he has the cheek to tell me i shouldn't raise my voice!
After all this shenanigans, i refuse to remove my feedback on their facebook page, i keep updating the whole experience with them, and guess what? They took off the feedback section so the public could not see my negative feedback! After they remove the feedback section from public eyes, one of their staff replied to my feedback, calling me an idiot for complaining about vibrations, saying parallel twin vibrations are normal and also called me a brat. But the vibrations were only during braking. The whole experience was awful, unprofessional and a nightmare as a benelli customer. Been in their dealership many times, not once did the owner of the dealer greeted me. Not once did they apologised.
I also noticed they kicked me off their facebook Benelli Owners Club group, which is also own by them. Their actions and reactions says it all. A foreigner in the philippines, easy target, easy to bully. A little bit of advice, stay away from that dealership.
Wow I'm sorry to hear about your experience dude. Why not make an official complaint to Benelli Philippines? they should not treat customers the way they did. Hope things work out man.

Top choice ko ito before above Venturi and 500ds. I went to Benelli showroom in Ortigas 3 weeks ago to buy sana but they dont have stock of the color I wanted so I waited since they said na may dadating within the month of April. They asked me to write my contact derails in their logbook and will contact me once the unit arrived. I dropped by again yesterday and I was shocked to their new price and their reason is masyado daw kasi mataas ang demand meaning naraminng bumibili kaya nila tinaasan daw. This is so unreasonable to us buyers since same 2022 model lang naman. Now this bike is no longer on top of my list. If Bristol Venturi will not change their price when their new stocks arrived, dun na ako. Sorry Benelli, be considerate to your buyers sana.

Nakakalito! Ito ba or bristol venturi 500. Parehas pogi, same displacement. I think mas maliksi lang yung venturi its because of its super light weight.

358 venturi, 359 si trk sir. Kung mapapansin nyo po may question mark sa aking thumbnail. Kabilang po kasi sya sa mga murang 500c na adv bikes. Ride safe God speed.
