    I've rounded mine and it works fine. You have to let it dry for 4 days. Using a blower helps.

      @richardsvacuumcenter yup. Three times. When I clean it, I'm looking for a factory clean. I take my time. It sucks because there's alot of little spaces. I take my time and let it dry for 3 to 4 days

    No offence but you just need to rinse it out properly. I’ve done it multiple times with my hoover and had no issues

    That's why the dc14 is easier to clean and lasts longer.

    You clearly didnt wash it well or used it while it was still wet after washing

      I didn’t wash it. The customer did. Regardless, it never fully gets cleaned out and always leaves a residue like this. How many cyclones have you taken apart?
