A Russian told me that they did not pay for apartment and houses they lived in then, so i just took it for granted that it was the same for electricity and water.
It just show me that it is always best to know for sure before we just assume something. 🙂

@@HrRezpatexI don't know the USSR but I come from the ex Czechoslovakia. We DID pay for the electricity, water, rents but the prices were VERY low, compared to the prices today it was a joke! For example, when I was young, in the 80 th I payed for a 1 room large flat with a large bathroom and a balcony ( 5 min. Walk from the metro) in Prague (!) 100,- Kčs= 4,- euros (!!!!) a months!!!! Can't imagine how much it would cost now!!! So though the salaries were lower, we spent only a joke for living and the rest could spend on fashion, travelling etc. So it was not completely free but NEARLY! Believe me, those times were fantastic! 🙏❤️🔝

To day many Americans do not even believe me when i tell them we have free healthcare and education here in Norway.. lol (The free education is actually not so free, since you are forced to take a loan to get it if your parents are not rich, but the cost compare to in US, is like the difference you talk about for apartment now and then.)

Ryazan es belleza arquitectónica e historia antiquisima, ver las calles llenas de comercios, mercadillos tradicionales es importante pero pese a las sanciones también está Ryazan que sigue adelante con el progreso de su economía; La Unión Europea nos vende a Rusia como una sociedad agotada y ahogada pero omiten decir que las sanciones son solo de unos cuantos países que le siguen el juego a estadounidenses y OTANistas. (NATO).

Две поправки! - С началом СВО из России НЕ уехало много ученых, талантливых и знаменитостей. Уехало около 900тыс из 147млн и в основном это молодые люди, которые испугались мобилизации. Они никак не могут быть учеными, потому что еще молоды и глупы к тому же)). А знаменитостей, которые уехали, давно все забыли и очень даже рады теперь, что они уехали. Воздух стал чище! И я не знаю, почему обанкротилась та старая пекарня, никаких предпосылок к этому нет. Скорее всего она переехала на новое место, освободив историческое здание. Так или иначе, недостатка хлеба в России нет!))
