This was a 5 ⭐ podcast. Thank you for not being scared to talk to a woman about her training and how her body has challenges that men don't go through.
What a breath of fresh air Sara is at the elite level of this sport / fame wise too she is by far the most down to earth and charming athletes we have in the sphere. She’s fucking awesome
Appreciate the heck out guests who don't get offended by these questions. The hormonal issues that competitive sports can place on folks is a reality that needs to be addressed, especially in women. Hearing the issues from folks like Sara and Annie is great.
This why “Ragnheiður” Sara Sigmundsdóttir will always be a staple to be ALL-TIME FAVORITE Crossfit athletes! Wow… Such a great podcast and amazingly open and informative.
What an amazing podcast good Lord Sara! You are you really truly need to write a book!!!!! Abut all the stuff you said you are very intelligent women you should write a book!!!!!
❤❤❤ Sara will always be my fav! She did an hour and a half Podcast and just so authentic and real, and easy going. It completely makes sense she’s an empath too! She’s always so kind to fans! 😊😊😊 Can’t wait for her to get back on the competition floor after seeing her so happy at Wodapalooza and hearing her body did well with recovery.
Sara absolutely killed this interview!!! Such a real genuine person. Sevan will give 3 out 5 I felt sometime it got weird but not as bad as the Haley interview
Holy shitballs Batman?! As a male, I would never think to work into programming a female’s cycle. Serious eye opener to me. The fact that there might be a correlation between her ACL tear and her cycle.
sara is beautiful i love watching her compete in crossffit, i have watched documentaries on Iceland, this country is quite unique, i prefer a fitness or a crossfit athlete over a victoria's secret model any day, i would date sara if i could
Interesting point @ 44 min regarding hard work and giving 100% every day. I actually believe the best are simply good at doing “what they do at 7 eleven” so to speak. The best in the world can shut their brain off and operate day and day out at 80%. The difference between what is the top and those at the bottom is the mere fact that they have the ability to commit to consistency and sometimes that means doing boring things, working out when you’re not feeling like working out, etc. The best can almost operate, entirely on auto pilot, and before they know it, the CrossFit games are here. Just a theory…

This reminds me more of the old Sevan CF Podcasts. Love it.
Crazy how someone tried to cancel Sevan for this exact thing

One of the best podcasts so far. Sara is just the coolest among all CrossFit athletes (female/male). I could watch this conversation for hours!
Sara is so genuine and open on interviews
This was an excellent episode! Such a skilled interview.

I’m so glad to hear that Sara is back to eating Fish and hopefully meat.
It’s help her heal and recover faster.
Brilliant
Sara is always a great guest. I'll be curious to see what she decides to do after crossfit. Maybe she has a future in media.

One of the firsts to influence me to start CrossFit💪🏼
