If you are lucky you may get to meet the real Lightning McQueen at Disneyland Paris! Lightning appears in the Walt Disney Studios Park. Starting from the gates next to the Animagique Theatre (Studio 3) Lightning drives in a semicircle across the Production Courtyard before leaving next to the Cinemagique Theatre (Studio 2).
Shortly after Lightning drives back the opposite way for a second appearance!
