I see you already have a ton of great suggestions for Snow. Snow used to be signed to Atlantic records and then they realized they didn’t know how to market her so they shelved her. She was the first Latina to be signed by them before Cardi B. Snow had to figure out how to drop music and film music videos while being shelved. She’s been doing this for over a decade. She went independent in 2018 and hasn’t looked back since. She has a son and this is literally a family run business. Her brother is her tour manager, best friends are her assistants, cousin and his girlfriend are in charge of her merch. Snows career has not been an easy one considering she had to carve her own lane in Hip Hop. She is bilingual and raps exponentially well in both languages which is very rare. You won’t find an artists like Snow. She also has a podcast. Snow is going on tour soon you might want to catch her on tour. Her shows are different and I love them. Good luck on going down the Snow rabbit hole lol.
She was indy before signing and got huge underground before Atlantic but you got the rest right. I do appreciate Atlantic let her release music on her own during while she was signed. She should have been huge in the mainstream long of time ago. Wynne is another that got the same problem and she is a blonde white chick. She is a lyrical demon and got co-signs from everyone.
