    RICE - 1 CUP (SOAKED FOR AN HOUR)
    GREEN CHILLI - 2, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
    GINGER - 1 INCH
    GARLIC - 5 CLOVES
    EDIBLE OIL - 1 TABLESPOON
    ASAFOETIDA (HING) - ¼ TSP
    CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
    ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
    CAPSICUM (MEDIUM) - 1/2 , FINELY CHOPPED
    CARROT - 1/2 , GRATED
    CURRY LEAF - 5 TO 7 LEAVES
    DRIED RED CHILLI - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
    SALT - 1 TSP
    CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 TABLESPOON
