If you're talking about what starts around 19:00 it's their song "Den." It was originally an improvised jam that they went back and relearned and made into a song
They are a super talented complex composition based progressive rock and improvisational band. If you don't get it, that's unfortunate but everyone has their personal taste. Every member is incredibly talented and Jake is one of the most consistent guitarists in any music circuit. Maybe just see a show sometime, youtube doesn't come close to the actual experience.
The improv to drop it back into Bridgeless at minute 25, then Kris' drumming is W - o - W
