Child this man clearly wants you to spend money with him. YES it will help with EVERYTHING he said it doesn't. Lawd, these ppl are selfish. SMH the only reason it wouldn't work is if you don't replenish your microbiome, and keep up a healthy diet/ lots of water.

Example of an opinion based on just theories rather than any experience. But even these theories are so wrong. Jeez, what are they teaching at medical schools nowadays?! Hopefully the 'MD' initial is only a joke and this person is not really giving advice to or treat real patients.

I think your coupling Two different methods of colon cleanse. Colon Hydrotherapy and laxatives type colon cleanser. Hydrotherapy should help with constipation and minimize diverticulosis less pressure in the bowel

I had severe irritable bowel syndrome for about 10 years. It would have surely killed me had I not gotten help. What did the doctors tell me to do? Take an antispasmodic medication. That did nothing. Finally, I found out about colon cleansing and after a 7 day colon cleansing program including a juice fast, colonics and probiotics afterwards, I got rid of it completely. The amount of fecal matter that came out of me during the colonics was just incredible. Just because someone has the initials MD after their name, doesn't mean anything IMO. Shame on you "doctor".

Dr. Sameer Islam, I have done one session of colon cleanse and will never do it again. However; every two weeks I take a cup of Epsom salt for releasing that built-up of food in my gut and I have no negative side effects whatsoever. I am a vegan and have been since 2014 and since then, the older I get the more energy I have. In my 20s and 30s, I had to force myself to move because of a lack of energy. The first time I did this professional colon cleanse was when I started my vegan journey and the muck that came out was not only disgusting and smelt, it was a color that was not supposed to be in the gut. I also suffered from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) all throughout my young years which is now completely gone. I regularly take Epsom Salt for colon cleansing once a month and do not have a problem with it. The professional colon cleanse, though was very uncomfortable and I will never do it again. Just so you know Dr., taking fiber constipates me because I have tried it and I could not go to the toilet but felt pain because of bloating. The walls of the colon as you know are not smooth, there are pockets and I recommend taking a herbal colon cleanse at least once a month to get into those crevices. Being a vegan, I don't think one needs to do a herbal cleanse more than once a month. I hope to hear from you and will welcome your take on my comment. I have also learned a lot from you and that is we have healthy gut bacteria that have to survive in a healthy colon environment and cleaning it too often will cause health issues.

Agree with all this. Maybe add probiotics (per each person’s situation). Also be careful of herbs. Don’t use if allergy and risk rxn. For most basic warm water works well. If needed pure salt/ epsom salt, or pure oil esp olive. Castor oil by mouth 1-2 days before (once per mth) colonic can help. Avoid Bentonite clay as it can harm kidneys per a nephrology nurse who says residual sticks and shows up in kidneys.

Yeah this guy is full of it. I’ll bet he denies the existence of leaky gut, too-most drug pushing doctors do. I have a home colema board (a gentle, gravity driven colon cleanse device) which is worth its weight in gold. I have suffered with constipation my entire adult life and I would probably die from sepsis if I didn’t do a periodic colon cleanse. I ALWAYS feel better after I get that toxic crap out of me.

This 'doctor' is not only wrong, but also he's hiding behind his title to spread totally false information about an alternative modality that helped millions of people over hundreds of years without ONE recorded fatality from professionally performed procedure! About away, until 1982 that was a compulsory medical procedure in Europe, in every government managed hospitals, before surgery than scraped to save money, claimed on nurses and doctors shortage. I'm a triple certified medical doctor, studied medicine in the early 70-ies in Eastern Europe. My second 'practical' at uni to learn how to oversee and assess nurses job in the colonic room. Later on I was a surgeon in an army hospital and learned how important in the patients' speedy recovery to have a clean colon! Since I learned a lot about alternative modalities that improves quality of life and I find colon hydrotherapy is one of the best ways to prevent development of ill health, period!

Feeling amazing after a colonic doesn’t mean that it worked? You probably just felt great because you had an expensive experience which society pressured you into believing would do something. That’s a lot of pressure on your subconscious.

Been doing it for 2 years. Now im constipated and without a laxative that I insert in my bum, it’s impossible for me to poop. Im taking probiotics now. Any suggestions?? HELP!! 😭😭

🤔🤔🤔 dude you are wrong, do more research. I went to a colonic clinic and got flushed out,and my thinking was clear, I got more energy, and felt over all internally clean. I have never used an enima ,and I chose to go because I wanted to see the effects. There was more benefits than problems. I felt minor bloating during the procedure, but was fine after.

He's a gastrointestinal doctor. Obviously he knows what the word toxin means when referring to
an antigenic poison or venom of plant or animal origin. What's he's explaining is the way these new age gut health /RUclips guru's use the word "toxin" to make people believe that their waste is somehow toxic and that doing some kind of cleansing everyday instead of naturally releasing it from their bowels is a good idea. It is not a good idea, and could come with some pretty awful side effects. There are plenty of ways to improve ones gut health, but colon cleansing is not one.
