I found a way on my own you have to go to troubleshoot and reset PC then go to clear all data then YOU HAVE TO PUT IN RECOVERY CODE OR IT WONT WORK you will loose everything you had but you will have access to your computer again

Please i search on this problem so long but when i click on troubleshoot i didn't get advanced option and restart option .it take me directly to advanced option where i found one option witch it startup setting

There is not to select load hive.... In hkey current users
