  • What's up friends? Today I'm taking you with me as I explore Canterbury and Whitstable and really seek to understand the charm behind these England tourist spots🧐 They're ideal for a day trip from London, but I had to be open minded as a traveller as I explored shaky historic buildings and some questionable food😷 (jus kidding, this is not the last time I'll try oysters, but if you are an oyster lover, any tips?🥺)

This is a question Whitstable natives ask themselves constantly, "why do people come here?"
    But come they do.
Glad you enjoyed your visit, come again soon.

Aw a lil english adventure!! ✨ I’ve defs been more inspired to travel the UK since the pandemic. Loved the crooked house, it was giving me mega harry potter vibes

Having lived in both these places it’s so odd to see a person visiting them! But it’s also interesting to see what a person thinks for the first time when they visit - I thought it was lovely how positive you were because living in a place can make you blind to its quirks but this video made me see the positives! Let’s be honest: Canterbury and whitstable don’t have a lot going on but they’re lovely places to live (the beach sunsets, old buildings and fish and chips never get old!). I’m glad you took the time to visit, even if you could have had a similar experience in a lot of Kent seaside towns :)))

Yeah I agree living in a place can blind you to it’s charm, in compared to a new set of eyes
