I looked on the US website that shows our state certifications, all states submitted certs of ascertainment, but the 2nd paired document that must be submitted with that one, the cert of votes, was not submitted by 21 states. The electoral votes are supposed to be certified today but as of late last night, 21 states have not uploaded their certificates into the national archives.
Actually, all states filed their papers. However, 21 states did not include their vote counts. There are states in which election irregularities were found and some court cases have been brought. But, this does not account for all the other states. This has never happened before. The count may need to be postponed...
