I assume Yujin would be a free agent as her Cube contract expired, though they may have demanded an extension option to allow her to do GP999 while she was still under contract. So it's likely 1-3 agencies are holding out for a better offer. Negotiations are continuing, so those agencies are obviously interested. As most accepted the first offer, that would mean Kep1er are making enough money to negate the risk of an agency trying to redebut a member in a new unproven group. I'd expect the other agencies to hold out until the last minute. The question then becomes if negotiations fail, how many members need to be included to continue as Kep1er?
