I had the privilege of staying at Andrew and Melissa's home while visiting Seattle last summer. I didn't know about their famous wedding video until months later. I was so impressed with how they treat each other. Their love for each other and the Lord is real. They are expecting baby #1 this month.

This is how I felt! When I was 16, I used to think that my future sweetheart wife was most likely some where out there under the same beautiful stars as I was, and I would pray to God that he would look after her and take care of her until I could find her.
I wish i could found someone like her. And experience this kind of relationship. This is way more inspiring than I thought it would be

Loved the story behind the marriage. I too married my dearly depart wife of almost 11 years now. It did make things more special between us and God. We always made a way to not go to bed angry with each other and we prayed before going to bed in the first place and we put it in God's hands and we would cry about it and forgive as we were forgiven. I want that type of love in my life again and one day I will be like this couple and share many laughs with her till the day we part.

Hi Tammy you sound pretty busted, but I’m glad this video made you happy. Life gets boring for me sometimes and the only things that make me genuinely smile are things that give me adrenaline, nature, and new things. It can be as simple as talking to that really nice person you’ve been wanting to talk to for while. I don’t judge you for your life choices because we are all influenced when we were little kids and are just human. I am sure if you knew what was best, you would have done it. You are a gem 💎, keep having hope because I believe in you, and there are strangers in the world who if the had the chance to meet you would love you and help you. @@paulinarios3665 thanks for asking =). I'm a marriage therapist, so that's something I could spend about 146 hours on. But I think you could summarize it in this: with God as your help and witness, seek to become the best mate your spouse can find.
This is so genuine love! Which is hardly ever seen these days, these days people are all into relationships for stupid reasons or fulfilling sexual needs. I really felt when she said, consummation of 2 virgins coming together, true. , you should keep yourself for someone special. Glad I did so!

Your break up is inevitable.There are some good stories out there where people marry young and stay together but I ain’t even seen nothin like that in common life. These kids don’t know them and their partner are supposed to build a LIFE together, not just have a couple of fun nights.

But tbh yes dating and spending few fun nights with them, then breaking up when they find someone new/finding the relationship inadequate is creepy and immoral. But without dating how can we even find this is "the one" *(i mean not physical thing) the soul compatibility.
The chances of coming across a compatible person accidentally is very low. The world is big wide place, what if life doesn't offer you the chance to meet the most compatible person, i don't believe in fate or random pairing up of souls anymore, don't know about fairytales made in heaven too..
Its not always sure that we will come across that person, only just some people are lucky, but most of us would end up with the wrong person in the hope that this is the one.

Lucky couple. Some people have posted that they are still waiting for God to send them someone; so did I, for over 40+ years I have waited and prayed for someone. Now, in my 60's I know it's not going to happen. I guess I quit waiting and praying was the week, about 30 years ago, while in church I was told by two happily married ladies, while we were discussing my being single and praying to God to send me someone, I was told by one about my prayers being answered, "Well, I guess you just proved that there are some miracles that God can't even perform." Later that week, another female church "family" member told me, about my unanswered prayers of not being alone, "Have you ever considered that He doesn't think you worthy or deserving of someone to share your life with." I guess I am destined to grow old alone, and to die alone. I lost my faith shortly there after.
I believe life is more complex than that Don’t believe such harsh statements about your being and have more faith in God. ❤️
The fact that you feel God is unjust is evidence that God is just. Remember that your very ability to feel injustice is a gift of God. Suppose that this life is only a little part of human existence and that ULTIMATELY God will make up for all our disappointments. Might that be the reason why we are asked to ALWAYS be thankful?

I think for any marriage to work they need something bigger than themselves they both believe in and share with each other. This couple has it.

And to add hope to this terribly divided political mess where we reject PEOPLE becuase of political philosophy - I am more conservative than she is liberal, and we've worked it out just fine!
