Rommel mentions how he wished that he and George could have a tank duel but it never happened, Tanya being honest with herself decides to come out to Rommel, claiming she hates war and would use any methods at her disposal to make it end quicker, that and her desire to stay in the backlines which is why she keeps up a personality of a perfect soldier, Rommel understands and headpats Tanya claiming that a little girl shouldn't even be close to a hellish place such as a battlefield in the first place and offers her a job in the higher ups, Tanya believing this to be a trap decides to politely reject the offer. Meanwhile back at HQ a squadron of unidentified aircraft began to pummel the base with rockets and machineguns causing havoc, Tanya immediately regroups with the 203rd and they decimate the opposing force as they run with tails between their legs, meanwhile Rommel watches from afar with a smile on his face as he silently prayed to God to give Tanya a good life after the war.

If anyone here plays Elite Dangerous, this came on through autoplay just as I was getting into a dogfight with an imperial cutter in my engineered sidewinder. The first track makes great boss music. They got away in the end, my sidewinder doesn't have much more than engines and guns to save weight so I couldn't follow, but it was still an experience.
The full OST came on yesterday while I was in a haz res bounty hunting, and found this for my last battle in a CZ. I never would've thought an anime OST would work so well for space combat music lol

It's hard, as no anime does it quite like Youjo Senki (hence it being my favourite), but for some other semi-similar animes you have: Shuumatsu no Izetta - ww2 setting with magic, but not nearly as grimey and doesn't give off a "real combat" feeling, but still good Zipang - Modern missile destroyer is transported back in time to ww2, very different from Youjo Senki, but a very good anime non the less. First Squad - Much more realistic ww2 anime, I haven't seen this in over 6 years, so I can't say much for the details, but it will get you your ww2 anime fix.
