My SSI got 2 % but they took away $9.00 of the $120.00 SNAP , I switched from real Medicaid and Medicare with Extra Help to an HMO PPO to get OCT for some Food Money , but Now I will no longer get Heart Surgery 24\7 without Pre Approval . It's basically living on a little less than $1.000 a Month .
