Arslan Ash actually encountered a shitload of visa problems before EVO Japan even started. It was a week out and he was stopped at the Japanese embassy and airport. Once at the embassy because his application got denied and twice when his flights were turned down due to said visa issue. Once he arrived, he had more transportation problems getting to Fukuoka. He almost didn't make it to his pool due to everything happening. So yeah, imagine slogging through all that nonsense to play in a tournament halfway across the world, beating the best and winning it all. His motivation definitely showed. Homie is about that life and props to him.
I am sure u heard what happen in India pulwama. So don't hate other countries for being too careful. Everyone should be. Obviously not everyone in Pakistan is terrorist but majority of terrorist are from Pakistan and obviously and country don't know if he is the good guy or not. Prevention is always better than cure

So I thought that Season 2 would bring the overall skill level of the different regions closer together, as now the Koreans have less of a head start. This tournament seems to have demonstrated that that is what happened

Arslan is Good but let me tell you I'm from Pakistan too, The Tekken talent here is too underrated, because of limited resources, In arcades I had sawn little kids playing tekken and kicking everyone's asses, and the thing is they don't even know about the core mechanics of Tekken, frame data etc, Arslan and his trainers are basically from Lahore, And Lahore is the Land of Arcade and Arcade is all about Tekken!
