- In this video, Dr Mike outlines the type of cells, gels (ground substance) and fibres that make up cartilage. He also explains the differences between the three cartilage types: Hyaline, Elastic, and Fibrocartilage.
I don't know if I should be happy or actually cry. OUR DOCTOR gave us a lecture on the types of cartilage and what is cartilage in an hour and a half and HERE YOU SIMPLIFY it to 4 minutes and yet you nail it SALUTE!!!
Dr. Mike, you are the greatest teacher. l am not sure if I would be able to learn all these materials without your tutorial videos.
so happy I found your channel! life saver

This video is really helpful! Instantly subscribed. (I'm in seventh grade BTW)
Great thanks!
Excellent, great info in such a short concise no nonsense manner, I searched for this because my work involves a lot of physical activity traversing steep slippery terrain through dense bush and forest which can take it's toll on the legs and all it's joints, learning more about what you're made of makes it a bit easier to choose what to eat to support those parts of your body, thanks Dr Mike and Matt reminds me of studying for uni exams!
Thanks!
thanks for the video it was nicely set out; do you have a more detailed video including aspects such as perichondrium and growth of the cartilage etc...
are you an angel??
Im writing my exam tomorrow thank you bro ❤
Thanksss
idk abt u guys i was looking at him the whole time man is so fine
Didn’t know where to keep my eyes 👀
❤
I think there is an error or maybe Im confused but the arm demonstration or the green thin drawing must be indicative of hyaluronan, and the projections are both the proteoglycans and their projections (chondroitin sulfate). Im in doubt
Sir are elbow joint and shoulder joint are examples of fibroelastic cartilage
I really wish u were my doctor instead of that doctor which described it way wrong it’s much easier than I thought
Bro is jacked
I assume the nose is elastic cartilage...?
No its is hyaline cartilage
i love you
thanks for this daddy
2:33 I wanna your instagram I have many questions
chondroBLASTS don't build per se- they destroy
It will be so great if you take off your shirt, I couldn't focus
❤️
