I mostly use Cheap Charlies, but the Queen Vic 99 thb b/fast looks like good value. There's also another one on the opposite corner to i-rovers, I can't remember the name though.....
eaten at all mentioned at some point, Witherspoons i found poor service, Cheap Charlie’s is a good runner, and with a card can have extra coffee or tea, service friendly,, in my view Nicky’s is the most unfriendly service of them all, only time they speak to you is when you pay, breakfast consists of: one mushroom cut into 4, two very small bits of bacon, (not rashers) two usually small sausages, and half of the smallest tomato i’ve ever seen, and i have a few times waited 30 minutes for it to arrive, by that time coffee/tea is cold/drank,

When I was there last year Hungry Hippo did a 109 baht breakfast which was good and had a free coffee refill. It was always busy in the morning.
Bake n Brew is the best eggs Benny in Pattaya in my opinion, very classy breakfast place to impress a new friend 😀

I like hippo but missus says the thai food in Charlie’s is good.
..if it doesn't come with fried bread I don't buy it.

Cheap Charlies for me was a little greasy and the plate was small but the price is good and the food not bad...
