Yes
It’s supposed to be a classic look , it is why is simple with no textures or sculpts . It’s like a marvel legend when they use a standard buck with paint job only . I do think it works cause what reads are the plain colors right out of a silver age comic . I think that’s why it looks cartoonish. Not meant to be seen upclose but read clean and well on the shelf from a distance
Agreed. And I don’t understand the love of the original release. His headsculpt is bad and he has poor proportions. Mine is going in my kids toy box when this one arrives.
I had no issues with this one for real.. Just because the Kyle Rayner body mold is better doesn't mean the Hal Jordan mold is bad.. The mold of Hal Jordan is great; the ab crunch, and other articulations are great. Hal Jordan's head is better on this one than the 2 pack version. His smirk is better than an open mouth smile.. His green lantern ring is sculpted which is great.. The accessories though on the left hand is bad. But the lantern ring battery is great..
I much prefer the new release. A better headsculpt that actually looks like the character and it proportioned with the body.
Also, the old bits arms looked like an orangutan, his feet are tiny and he’s weirdly thick for a character that he never been portrayed that way.
I don’t understand the criticism like this is silver age Hal he looked cartoony and the body proportions are far better than lanky over textured kyle rayner. Kyle rayners suit was smooth just like all the lanterns suits until mcfarlane gave kyle a weird cotton onesie texture like basketball with a THICC neck, small head, long ass boots and feet and the design doesn’t even match any comic book. THIS hal jordan matches with GL silver age comics and the newest GL run where he has this suit again. I know it all comes down to opinions at the end of the day but those were the worst opinions to have about this figure😂

I just want to know if he scales well with the flash rebirth, Batman hush and thd classic Wonder Woman.
I def still have this unopened because I was trying to figure out if you absolutely must open it to redeem the codes lol.

Pretty sure they will. MCF is really pushing their Digital products so it makes no sense to limit their production.

Better Head sculpt & more power accessories would of been nice!
It’s definitely a down grade! But at least an actual lantern was included in this one unlike the first one
Honestly. I think the 2-pack version is terrible. The headsculpt doesn’t look much like Hal and the proportions are brutal. He’s weirdly thick, has orangutan arms, tiny feet and a massive head that’s distractingly large next to other figures. Plus there’s those “Mcfarlane lines” because he likes to “spice it up.” Overall, a poor showing for the greatest Green Lantern.
This new figure looks more like the character, with a better proportions in a classic outfit. That’s a win across the board. My old

I agree with the weird proportions and orangutan arms in the 1st Hal Jordan. The headsculpt is the only thing I like about it. 😂
