I don’t particularly like a lot of what the sims 4 furniture swatches look like so I have a whole bunch of custom content, however when I watch your builds, you make everything look so perfect and put together! You are so detail oriented and I get so inspired every time I watch your videos. Thank you for making them!
I lived w my grandparents half the time as a kid and their house is from this era too (though a little more bland lol) and seeing this got me all in my feelings, I really love it
I love watching speed build videos and seeing all these items and swatches in the game that I never picked up on. The other day I just sat with my game and looked through all the items and swatches in the game catalogue and debug. Call me obsessed but I feel a huge spark of creativity now that I know what tools I have and the things I can create with the items in the game.
The overall is lovely! but one thing right of the bat that is missing is the garage! hehe any mid-century house had it , and the basketball hoop was even on top of the garage door 😜 next time 😊

when I saw this I remembered something so it was a facebook shop thing that my mother showed me it was a grand parent who was selling a set of swings and the caption (or description) said "a set of swings for my grandchildren but they never came over and its been fifteen years so i'm selling it." Oooooooof that made me sad. anyway have a nice day!
I don't know what an architect would say, but this house is bringing back memories of my mema's house in Sun City, AZ. Hers was actually a split complex from the 70s, but this looks 90% similar to houses in that retirement town, down to the colors and some of the landscaping. Kudos!
Mid-century modern is my favorite design. I think that's why I enjoy the Get Famous and Tiny Living packs so much. So much of the furniture from those packs is very Mid-Century modern.
Your landscaping is amazing my sims normally didn't live in places like this but there going to have to change it up i have a cupple of Guinea-Bigs the timithy hay kills me to i've been giving my girls lawn clippings insted there loving it so we've all been happy

I really love this I don't know if you've ever watched Marvelous Miss Maisel But I love the apartment in that show which takes place in the 50s so kind of reminded me of this it'd be cool if you could recreate an apartment like that.
Ok but my house is a flat roofed mid century house. The flat roof doesn’t look great in real life either. 😂😂😂 I love my mid-century house but I would have much preferred if it had had the style of roof you put on this build. And the original owners were grandparents! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this build! Oh and edited to add that my kitchen (was never really renovated other than appliances, it’s the original cabinets) has a little shelf on the wall and a tv cable wire coming out of the wall right by the shelf, haha!
I have a build suggestion related to eco lifestyle, could you do a cluttery build for someone who collects things to use for their creations/crafting? I used to have an art teacher like that, he had so much random but cool stuff! Might be a cool idea with eco lifestyle and knitting coming! Really loved this build btw, the orange and green kitchen is my favorite ❤️
