THIS is the vibe AEW needs!!! Smaller arenas, more interactive, vibrant crowds. This is a major step to turning the ship around.
And that there. They need to get rid of the AEW branding in this ROH show.
You are so right. If you can't fill up arena's don't book them. These smaller venues totally change the vibe.
What vibe? This has the look and feel of a dead show. It sounds like there’s about 50 people there.

To everybody saying "Billie can't be champ yet, she's only 20"...Rox-C was only 20 three years ago, and they STILL put the ROH Women's title on her, starting her push that's spanned across multiple companies and continued to this day as NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez.
You know why? Because she was and is THAT GREAT...and also because ROH had more competent management and creative back then who knew how to strike while the iron was hot.

This might be just me but i like thia development. It would've been easy to just kick billie out after her lost at final battld but athena is using mind games. As they always say "keep your friends close and your enemies closer" athena knows billie could be a threat and rather then kicking her out and giving her more fuel to the fire she cools the flames by offering "friendship" making billie second guess herself, second guess that hunger, second guess that drive to win
Where could this story possibly go from here? The time to finish it was last week, when they FINALLY crowned Billie to the super-pop of the crowd and likely some streamers tossed into the ring...

Idk, this is a story that’s jumped the shark as bad as the Bloodline story did. You had Billie ready to finally beat Athena, and she fails. Again.
This is part of why I have a hard time getting into ROH nowadays. It’s like they fear change, and the rare times they make changes, it’s either a very bad choice (Jericho as champion in his worst gimmick), or it’s not even done on their show (titles changing on some random Dynamite or Collision).
Yo what a swerve especially when Lexi was there when there were times Billie couldn’t deal with Athena and left but this? Wow I’m both at a loss for words but also have a lot on my mind I’d wanna say but this is this the second biggest swerve since Xavier and Kofi kicked Big E out of new day
