Probably irrelevent now but kastking max steel and kastking sharky 3 are excellent rod and reel for £80/$100, and asthetically make an excellent pairing for a UL/L combo. I personally prefer the L tip vs the UL but they are both quality for a budget set.
@@AndrewsKnots Too bad I was looking for something that could go 1/32/1 gram and under. It would be a good bfs rod most likely. I am looking at an Ultralight BFS that can cast far. I might be a Genius or Aris Air for ultralight bfs. I already have a Zephyr I will use for regular bfs.
I always like these good value tackle videos on aliexpress. Thanks for another video
No probs.
I just received the Venom 703 562UL and it is a beauty. Quality is like Kuying but 1/3 the price!
Agree. Very good rods.
@@AndrewsKnots I put on my abu garcia revo mgx2 and they work well.
Can you tell some about multiplicator ??
Daiwa Gekkabijin.
How heavy of a lure can this rod cast? Can it go up to 9g? Or is it too much.
It would be pushing it.
2-1 m / 1-6 g? 😊
Sure.
Thank you for the review. Love your channel. The spinning version is on its way from china 🙂
How would you rate the sensitivity of this rod?
It's decent.
Hey Andrew,
Do you rate or would you consider reviewing any of the cheaper tsu or kastking level spinning reels from aliexpress?
Tsu are very good. Don't own a single Kasting yet.

Thanks ace, I'll look at those.
Hi Andrew,
Would a crappie jig in the 1/32 and 1/16oz be to much for the 703C?
I would say it loads ok from 1.5-2 g. Cheers
