1.Use a fluffy brush to dust off the excess eyeshadow fallout.
2. Use another medium-sized fluffy brush to press in the setting powder beginning from the outer corner of the eye to the inner corner. At the inner corner, switch to a smaller fluffy brush

Why use settings spray before finishing

Bc setting spray is meant to be used during the makeup process. Its role is to hydrate the skin, melt down powder effect and give the makeup a skin finish, and put the makeup in place and gives longevity. While a fixed spray is only used at the end of makeup bc it creates a barrier that keeps the makeup in place and prevents makeup from fading.
