    This is perfect since Im trying to learn norwegian whilst getting my dentistry degree so I can move to norway and work there for a bit. Now all I need to learn is the word for dentist and caries 😅

    Easiest dialects for me to understand was easily Bergen and Trondheim, as a southern Swede. Most of my co-workers and friends thought Olso region or whatever was easier hehe.

    I like the Norwigan language i my self speak danish 🇩🇰 so i understand norwigan verry good since a lot of the words are the same but the spelling is different

    halla is like a word that means hello too and it depends on how u say it if you use it then its usally halla hvordan går det if ur gonna use it as whats up so it really depends on how u mean it too (Im norwegian u can trust what i just said it might be a bit wrong i dont use it alot )

    it's so weird but also funny imagining kake as cake because in german the word "kacke", which is pronounced almost the same, is a synonym for poop......

    It's interesting how similar our languages are 🇸🇪🤝🇸🇯 Especially in Jämtland where we have a lot of norwegian (trøndersk) influence. I love my brothers and sisters across the border 😄

    Hallo, salat, temperatur, kamera and telefon (everything except hallo with a capital letter at the start) are the same in German! :)

    if u learn the norwegian alphabeth and learn how to use it its very easy here it is: A b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z æ ø å
    also æ is just like e and a ae like that lol kinda it isent used that much but in other places in norway its used more just like some places they use more r and the alphabeth song is probablly at yt

      I know it’s 4 months late, but I’ll answer if you’re still confused. Bokmål* is a written dialect, you can’t speak Bokmål. The most used dialect is østnorsk (maybe?) because that’s the one most commonly used in Oslo and the surrounding areas.
