I'm definitely looking to make some videos detailing these kinds of topics sometime soon. I'm still catching up on all the in-car video from this season, but hopefully I'll have some time to get some of those videos filmed too.
It depends on how much they get run, but a RR tire might last half a season. A LR might not last quite that long, but close. And front tires will last a whole season and maybe even longer.
It just depends. If it was an old chassis with an old engine running on carbs you probably wouldn't get more than a few thousand for it at the most. If it was a newer chassis with fuel injection you'd probably be looking at somewhere around $15k.

how much does a Race Ready 600 cost these days ??? i have one myself never have bothered racing it after finding outlaw karts though

At most tracks the restrictor rules are 9 years old. The upper classes are 12, I believe.
