@@LaCocoritaGiuliva I am not sure what you are talking about but zirconia is widely regarded as one of the best materials for use in a dental implant prosthesis. Extensive studies published in respected dental journals over years have proven this to be the case with very minimal likelihood for long term failure. I would suggest that @tthinker9897 ignore your comment and should do their own research to confirm that what they originally said was true and what @LaCocoritaGiuliva has said is patently false.

I am interested in what you mean by ceramic. Do you consider porcelain fused to metal as ceramic or do you mean a product like Zirconia. I presently have acrylic temporary teeth but I would like my permanent teeth to be less bulky and more like natural teeth.
@JohnnyRock2000 A Sydney All On 4 dentist who uses the Malo protocol recommends acrylic and titanium only bridges, with a warranty of 5 years, and says that it can be replaced with another same new acrylic bridge if it needs to.
Ref: don keyballs, i would presume from your somewhat flippent remark you think any of us out here that are needing dentures are just lazt and have not bothered looking after our teeth and gums, I had and now recovered from Cancer in my jaw and gum and have had to have alot of my Jaw removed and mulitple grafting operations,my teeth were great and im 50,now i will have to have Upper Dentures, PLEASE DONT THINK THAT MOST OF US OUT HERE HAVE JUST NOT BOTHERED TO LOOK AFTER OUR TEETH,there are 'LOTS' of reasons this awful situation can happen,i really hope you never have to suffer with any Gum,Jaw,Cancer bla bla related issues because then you will realise that for all the brushing,flossing,dental check-ups couldnt stop you losing your teeth! HAVE SOME COMPASSION you will be a nicer person!!

Exactly, my teeth were fine until head and neck cancer 5 yrs. ago. The radiologist told me I needed to have all my teeth pulled a week before he started treatment. He said the radiation would ruin my teeth. And man did it ever.
But if you want to change ceramic teeth. The problem will be start. ceramic teeth geting soo hot when you cutting theme. down stair side will be deform. other side resin ! You can cut all and change how can you want. Ofcourse optionel articulation. Well thats all. what you learn resin is lighter and usefull. bye .. my name is SERBULENT KOŞ . Im living in Cyprus. I sad before resin is good. Maybe Delphic or Vita form. but resin is good trust me.
Hindsight is 20/20. You can brush , floss etc and still need implants. However periodontal disease is also genetic and can be inherited. And despite the cost it beats dentures which used to be the only solution. Just like a new car it can be financed as well.

Home for 4 months to heal. 2nd visit abutments and permanent bridges placed. They were wonderful I went to smile 4ever in Tijuana. I traveled from Philadelphia PA it was 20k including my travel costs and the dental office made all the arrangements for hotel and car service. I just had to book the air to San Diego. I had my first partial porcelain fused with metal denture in 1988, and been using it until now, 2019. It's 31 years now. Very strong indeed.
