If you use reverb and delay effects to create a buildup, the effects will remain. When you reload the project, all effects are gone. The project is reloaded and the effect values are reset to the initial value.
The snare doesn’t sound right. Maybe the tempo is a tad too quick? Doesn’t flow quite right. A problem I’ve seen often and have with my circuits sequencer.

What pack where you using?
The drum samples are mostly from the DLR pack, some samples I added myself. I made the synth patches myself.
