I loved watching her and she was also my friend on Facebook! I came to your channel through her when you both made a video about the same thing. I think it was meal prep. She will be greatly missed!

If they no longer cover it, since you're at a healthy BMI, do you have a plan for life after Wegovy? Do you go cold turkey or wean off?
I think I’ll just keep myself busy at the gym and start working on my muscle mass. I will also weigh and measure food again
