She's so cute but I'm not 100% sold on her overall color and think I'll have to see her in stores to see if I like it. I prefer warmer toned aquas/teal and that's what I'm hoping she is.

Yes, it does come off. It has a split down the inside of the arm, just like the shoes do.

Blu is actually not shorter. She’s the same height as a regular RH doll 11 inch 28 cm.
