You can actually contact MGA and tell them, often they'll replace messed up dolls. Or better yet, keep that one till you find one you like, then just snip the new one out, put your old one in and return the old one in the new box with the newer receipt. Explain why you're returning to the store, so hopefully, they won't sell it as new. Most stores are pretty good about that.
Cannot wait for her to reach my country too. But I cannot express enough how that Harper wearing Nye Queen's clothes stole the spotlight for me. She's amazing. I would like to see a room tour or a vlog of all of your restyled dolls. :)

I took the hair down on mine and they did a 4 strand round braid its fairly easy they have tutorials on RUclips. The top is split into 4 sections where they took 2 strands and tied a knot looping one strand under and one over. They also wrapped a small section around the rubber band at the base to make it look finished. Then they took the other section did the same at the top. Then just taking the 4 strands on either side and making the 4 strands round braid. Its really not too hard if you can do a french or fishtail you can do this. ❤
Originally they were meant to have fantasy skintones but they ended up getting human skintones and I personally think that their human skintones conbined with their translucent legs is pretty unsettling 😅
My Rosetta's hair definitely needs to be washed. Others have said her hair is good, but mine definitely has a bit of product. My store was sold out of Clementine.
