Bro you can do it with friend just make sure to have semi auto perk + gunner alt train + eye(no eye why you skipped ripoff version?) And him take same loadout, but replace semi auto with snowman
Place both lvl 2 gunner to that little zone in front of first enemies and you save money for lvl 0 shotgun. He make gunner lvl 3 and in front of base on sides make snowmans. You make shotgunners lvl 0 then lvl 2 and lvl 3 lol
I hadn't tried without using catseye, but you're free to give it a try. Just bear in mind, you might have to place an additional gunner to make up for lost track coverage.
