My advice for vehicles that flip easy: The heavyweight's added weight may be a worthwhile sacrifice. I'm far from a pro, but man does that thing save me from driver down pains. I've scaled hills with some vehicles long before I should be able to just because I added that extra weight. It may be more efficient to choose other options, but if you want more mileage early on then I'd recommend it if you're struggling to stay unflipped without losing all your speed.

Motocross with wheelie, wings, landingboost is pretty easy, supercar you can use cage to avoid dying by flipping over, superbike is a bit annoying but if you know the landing spots you should be fine. Scooter is quite easy if you use cage, and imo mk2 and chopper are in the same level. Note: if this list was done recently, ast would be the 4th hardest if it was in the game, and lowrider probably same level as bus 😅 Muscle 2nd easiest
Moonlander can be 14th easiest vehicle to get 10km in forest, Beast and lowrider is harder than moonlander. Beast is 15th easiest and lowrider is 21st easiest.
