He probabaly reversed time each time you beat the night and after hard boiled mode he places you into a different location with a few new crazy friends. He probably had enough the third location when you won, so he took matters into his own hands.

Flumpty is so powerful he can break the 4th wall by saying he is immune to the plot right at the beggining which renders MatPat useless at making theories on how to beat him.

Things I've noticed with each character
In the 1st two games Flumpty never looks scary until the jumpscare, mostly looking like a goofy cartoon character. In the 3rd game he rarely looks like a goofy cartoon character, constantly looking creepy
Birthday Boy Blam stays the most consistent throughout the games. He's the simplest to understand, he looks like a cute cartoon character most of the time, he dresses as Kevin Jr. before looking into the office. He's more demonic when looking into the office, and then he's an eldritch horror in the jumpscare
A humanoid beaver sitting on a toilet and an actual owl perched on a urinal are the funniest character concepts from the series, and then they become a horrifying monster in the 3rd
The Beaver and Owl died, got turned into the Bevowl, died in the Flumpty night, then got revived and died in hard-boiled mode. That's 4 deaths associated with the Bevowl
Due to his ai of breaking the cameras in the 1st, and being a pop-up ad in the 2nd, The Redman is only seen on cameras in the 3rd
Grunkfuss only looked friendly in the his starting room in the 3rd, which is also the most we see him on cameras
Eyesaur is the only character not mimicked in any way in the Flumpty night (Shadow Flumpty imitates Grunkfuss in the 1st, Eye Flumpty imitates Grunkfuss in the 2nd, but none imitate the clown in the 3rd)
Golden Flumpty in the 3rd game is the only time in all games that a character jumpscares you without killing you
The Flumpty clones Flumpty.exe and Game Boy Flumpty (the pop-up and the one that turns off the door power)are the only characters to not jumpscare you at all
golden flumpty in ONAF 3 is basically phantoms (from fnaf 3) mixed with golden freddy
but golden freddy actually kills you
Eyesaur is the only character to not be seen on cameras

His friends lost to the human, so Flumpty took it upon himself to kill his friends and kill the human himself, and like he said in the first one when he can control time and space, he winded back time and made clones of himself to finally kill the human
yet we somehow still won
Actually, his 'friends' lost so he rewinded time to have his own game. He also killed them. After the player wins and sees the apocalypse outside, he/she is disappointed. Since Flumpty thought they liked the games so much, to make it up to them, Flumpty revived his 'friends' and then the player wins again. For the reward, the player gets all of the destruction reversed and the privilege to be Flumpty's friend.
The fact that their friends died in a horrible way to their " " "friend" " " is absolutely terrifying.

This are one of those games where they look easy enough when watching them on video, but playing them can actually put you in a really tense state, specially the second one
I never beat hard boiled mode, I think, but I survived them all first try, you need to follow simple steps, as must fnaf games

I love the small detail of the 6 on the clock missing during the bad ending. And then it being on the clock for the good ending. Flumpty finally let the player win in the end, no tricks, jokes, or technicalities.

Others have pointed out that BBB has a sound cue on ONAF 1 & 2, but I want to add that the Redman also has a sound cue and set movement pattern in the first ONAF. This knowledge makes hard boiled mode a lot easier. I can usually beat it pretty easily without losing power by simply checking the left light for Flumpty every 6 or so seconds and listening for BBB and Redman’s sound cues. If you mentally keep track of where they are, you’ll always know when they’re at the door without checking cams, and also when they leave. BBB’s sound cue (that low note that sounds like a thud) always sounds the same, but Redman’s sound cue (a weird, distinctive alien noise) changes in pitch as he gets closer to the left door. If you know the sound cues, then you only have to occasionally check the cams to see where the Beaver is. You can also have less reliance on door lights, which helps save power.

@@Cosmos6745 It’s a very low note, headphones with cranked volume is the only way to hear it well. Basically identical to the cue he makes in ONAF 1, but harder to hear.

Man this is the final chapter of one night at flumpty's.
Even though this was an amazing trilogy, it's still sad he cancelled one week at flumpty's. But it's cool he put some references of the owaf concepts in flumpty night like the laser doors and moving rooms, and the fact that including the hard boiled nights we kinda did get one week

You know, considering the fact that Flumpty Bumpty is a time-bending, reality-warping and murdering sociopath of a cartoon egg, he still had the decency to give us a final fight and give us a chance at winning. Furthermore, he actually does end up letting us go in the end. He even says he’ll miss us.
I guess what’s sad is that Flumpty probably did think of us as an actual best friend. He cared enough to keep to his word and, if he wanted to beat us in his boss fight, he could have with all of his powers. Instead he gave us a fighting chance. A challenge, to be sure, but a chance.
So, in a weird way, I guess Flumpty really did consider us to be his friend to play with. And, for what it’s worth, I still come back to play his games sometimes. So… thanks Flumpty. You’re a real pal…

During 1 AM there are new cams, 8A & 8B. Look where is he in those rooms. Carefull. There are any chances to shift the rooms. 1 step wrong = jumpscare. Flash him and use lasers.
5. All-seeing Eye Flumpy "If you cannot blind him, hide." He plays a role like Grunkfuss the clown from ONAF2.
He comes at 2AM on cam 6. Pay attention of exposure & patience.
6. Flumpty.EXE "ERROR: Security monotor infected."
He plays a role identical to the Redman from ONAF 2.
P.S. Unlike Redman he didn't jumpscare you.
7. Shadow Flumpty "Shy away from shadows" He plays a similar role like Grunkfuss the clown from ONAF1 and behaves similarly to Golden Flumpty.

I noticed something very interesting when playing the these games today, when you play on full volume with headphones on, I noticed that whenever BBB moves, there’s this really deep sounding thumbing like noise, and it’s apparent in the first and Second games, I wonder if this was intentional or not, my Theory is that this was meant to be a very subtle detail that try’s to tell the player that BBB has moved, And since BBB has a move set pattern, players could learn to know where he is without actually having to find him on the cameras, and my guess why it’s not Apparent in the third game is that the creator must have thought this detail was way to subtle for anyone to notice. (Or he just forgot about it because of how long it’s been since he made the second game)
that’s just something I noticed today when playing on full volume

In onaf 3 the reason why he killed his friends after is because he knew the player would win and escape easily so meaning that he can't find a true friend and his friends are scared of him and just follows him and he is a god of controlling the time and really strong

Its because if you exit the camera with golden flumpty appearing on the last camera you've seen, that's how golden flumpty jumpscares you.
That's his whole deal, he hides himself in the cameras and if you lower them when he's on he'll jumpscare you and lower your temperature bar

ONAF 1 doesn't end at 6 AM, it's still 5 AM and it goes straight into "HAM".
ONAF 2 does the same but with "5PAM" as referencing the word spam. It's still *NOT* 6 AM.
ONAF 3, in the first 2 modes, repeats the same thing with "SALAMI", then letting you play the final match, hard boiled mode. After you beat hard boiled mode, the clock finally gets to 6 AM, where flumpty finally lets you leave. It's genius

If you read the newspaper at the end of ONaF 2 there are some messages and funny bits but there is also a spoiled eggler about how flumpty caused the apocalypse and ended the world with a meteor which is the ending of the regular night on ONaF 3

I'm having so much trouble beating onaf 2 because at 5 am when eyesaur comes I already have way to much exposure so I die from him because his bar goes up faster because he has a bunch of heads
