(10:39) I love how Phil says; "...And outside the generous garden is in full bloom..." when what we see looks like an overgrown back alley with a path down the middle of it!
Nice episode, glad everyone found homes. The young couple made a good choice in moving a little way out and getting a bigger house and it is lovely. Best to them all. This is my favorite house hunting show by far…but I think I have seen all of them that can be seen from the U.S…I like the old episodes too but can’t find them here except on RUclips thanks for posting.
That first house that Kirstie showed the woman was so cute. I didn't like the low ceiling with the dark beams, but outside, it was really a quaint "chocolate box" house. Thanks so much for the upload. Love this show. It doesn't feel the least bit scripted, like Canadian house shows.
Looking at Julia's second houses, I would have made an issue of having no bathroom on the floor with bedrooms. For the money that these buyers have available, I would expect more than one toilet in the house.
I love this show. I have looked at others and they send videos and only allow them to look at two along with a mystery house that they nothing about. After many episodes I only want to watch location. Thanks
people...especially single elderly owners never seem to consider the amount of time and effort involved in cleaning and keeping a 3 bedroom house up to scratch!
Some days, a one bedroom is more effort than I want to expend! Lol! For some reason, it just keeps getting dirty again! What deity thought that was a good idea?
Amazing how people refuse to listen to the market. Shakti says he does the anslysis, then offers what 'he' thinks its worth & has lost out on 6 houses....duh!
I think Kirsty and Phil have lost the plot with the old sweet shop. If the red door was not enough character, the blue door sure wasn't going to work. It was dreadful! Off brief is one thing. Off your rocker is another. I do wish this nonsense of open plan would die already. Wait until you have no space away from the mess of a family unless you redecorate and start thinking about rebuilding that wall. There is nothing warm or inviting about open plan. Cooking a large meal involves mess, and who wants guests seeing all of that while you entertain? Not I!!
I personally wouldn't care. I guess I'm just more flexible and easy going compared to you. I'm there to socialize and eat, not to judge how messy someone's house is, lol.
I DO care. But I wash up as I go (as I can't stand to look at dirty dishes. And if you wash them right away, they are SO MUCH EASIER to clean!! It takes a few minutes).
@@andreaandrea6716You take the time between courses in a 5 course meal to hand wash the bone china, crystal, and sterling silver? I'm not doing that. Rinse, sure, but wash, no.
@@thehungrygoldfishI'm talking about me judging my house. Plus, when I'm rolling pastry, people under foot is not for me. Plus, while eating, dishes accumulate as courses 5 and 6 get served. I'm not taking time to hand wash china between courses.
@@michaeltutty1540 If you care that much, then don’t have anyone over. But I would like to hope that anyone you’d feel comfortable having over would be ok with some dishes in your sink.
I simply love those two!
Kristie is the quintessential English girl. And I mean that in only the most complimentary way.
She's a delight to watch on this show.
Oh!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE this comment and I thoroughly agree!
Thank you so much for posting! Always here for #PhilAndKirstie
Thanks . Nice to watch a recent episode 👌
Thank you, Phil and Kirstie
Glad they all found their ideal home. Very nice episode. Thank you.

THANK YOU!! These are fabulous and make my day. Seriously!!

I love the villages living in one of them would be awesome . Your show is amazing, I love it

It’s rare to have more than one bathroom in a mid terraced house in the UK.

I feel like I'm with my best friends while visiting Kirstie and Phil.
Kirstie and I are always on the same page with properties! ❤

Pausing as I'm watching Priti and Shakti view the second home. It's so lovely and perfect for them...I hope they get it.
There are, thank goodness, rarely participants like Julia with zero personality where you don't care how their house hunt ends....imo
Wish they were married Kirstie and Phil can't fake or find such amazing chemistry
(No no!! They're really like brother and sister!! And they ARE married. To OTHER people).
Yup like brother and sister definitely 😁

Kirstie seems cranky at the beginning of this episode..............
I LOVE Kirstie's brand of cranky...

I love this program and seeing the homes. However, I’d love to see more of the homes and less of Phil & Kirstie. I love them but it’s about the homes
Bollycrud.
