That's such a big ask, would either need to train an AI to pick through footage for certain words and compile a list with time stamps or a real life human would have to sift through thousands of hours of footage to create such a thing lol.

I feel like if Arin learned anything about Shego's character she'd be at least an A tier, just based on the "please step on me" energy he's got going on.
It's several unbroken years of being very mean with the edge of her tongue while doing her nails ... then one episode when she's turned good and suddenly becomes an Arin-esque sweetheart.
I like how when discussing Super Mega, Jirard starts to jokingly say some obviously fake stuff about them and Dan stops him like “hey, those are our friends, they wouldn’t do that to us.” as if Matt and Ryan haven’t spent the last 5-6 years claiming that Danny’s hair is a wig amongst many other slanderous statements.
That's because Dan is just about the only mature person in the whole equation who understands that slanderous statements (even when done in jest) can cause real problems.

Shego is a dom, with glowy superpower flame thingies that allow her to cut through metal with her hands, like claws. She's also technically a henchmen, but she's really sassy and witty and smart. Arin would love her, she has good goth vibes, and good dommy vibes.

As a Zatanna fan, approved. Her whole thing is that she's a magician who can effectively make anything happen. She speaks backwards to help herself focus in and make the things she wants happen, and her reality warping power has let her smash through the fourth wall before. She's basically a mentally stable and significantly more fun Scarlet Witch in terms of potential ability to control things, but Zatanna uses it to be a stage magician and I just think that's super neat. She's also usually paired with John Constantine, though the healthiness of that relationship is debatable. She's got a really fun webtoon right now, Zatanna vs the Ripper, where she gets stranded in Victorian England. Good accessible starting place if you're new to her stuff.
I think her best is in Young Justice.

I feel Zatana and John Constatine are the Yin and Yang of wizards. Zatana being calm, collected and reliable, whereas John is a complete wildcard.

For those who don't know the second Genshin witch (somehow), she's Mona Megistus. And her voice? Surprisingly, *she sounds like a 40s actress, and that's awesome.* The English voice actors do a really good job differentiating the female voices in ways Japan almost never does
Not bashing Genshin, but if you have never had an interest in the game (like myself) then you would definitely not know what she sounds like
