One point sir: Same ICICI securities reported after the elections too that Mazagon dock can have correction of up to 70 percent. Stock price was 3000 then. It went up to 5500 after that. It wouldn't be wrong to say that research reports dont have that good an influence over stock prices. This time it only acted as a catalyst to several other news. Like - muted earnings growth and possibility of order cancellations. Also, psu is going down in general.
Sir defence stocks will surely grow. India is alone - Russia can’t help openly and USA is the worst friend you can have (proof- Bangladesh). We have to make our own weapons to deter China. The defense juggernaut has to keep rolling or we are left with very poor deterrence

सर नमस्ते.सभी Psu stock मे दो साल के पहले पैसा लगाया. सभी stock चार गूना हो गये. 40% शेअर्स बेचके बचे हुए stock 0 Value पे रखे है. सरकार को पैसा देना पडता है तो Divided अच्छा आता है. शेअर मार्केट मे जादा दिमाग, होशियारी ,ग्राफ, कॅन्डल देखने बजाय आगे कंपनी का business, groth कैसी रहेगी. और शेअर से शादी नही करनी है, पैसा दुगना हो गया आधा बेचके आराम से बैठो .ये सब PSU Stock September के बाद फिरसे चलेंगे ही. भारत को defence, Infrastructure, railway इसमे ग्रोथ रहेगी ही. Air force की जरूरत है तो HAL तो चलेगा ही. और हमे जरूरत है तो Cochin shipyard, Mazgon dock, railway sector तो आगे चलेंगे ही. लेकिन मोदी सरकार जबतक है तबतक. तबतक निचे जाये उपर जाये, महंगा खरीदा, सस्ते मे मिला. आराम से बैठो.

Sir usually debt is cheaper than equity dilution but abhi Dekho to QIP and IPO ki bahar hi.....many companies with low debt or no debt are still raising fund through qip does it show promoter feels lets take the advantage of valutation.
Sir… carrying forward the topic of equity dilution. I believe it can be done by selling existing shares by promoters or by issuance of new shares. In the event of issuance of new shares( lets say 10% new shares)by the company, is the price of the share on the chart automatically gets adjusted the next day? Like if a company is having 100000 shares and each one is trading at rs100 ie mcap is 1cr. If another 10000 shares are issued and nothing else is changing, will price of each share become 90.9 next day on charts? Or will the PE become elevated? Asking this because we dont see the price changing suddenly other than in the instances of ex dividend in market. But issuance of new shares seems like a routine event for companies. Appreciate if you can clarify.

Sir I am working in Income Tax department posted in MP cadre today I went to a place near Bhopal there I witnessed rampant smuggling activity of gold this place had more shops of jewellers than those of grocery no big or small brand shops only local retailers selling and smuggling gold to various people one the biggie told that all this gold comes from Maharashtra Nagpur and Parathwara region.

Two days ago i had highlighted about psu defence stocks being overvalued, even after todays correction, they are still overvalued.
सर नमस्ते.सभी Psu stock मे दो साल के पहले पैसा लगाया. सभी stock चार गूना हो गये. 40% शेअर्स बेचके बचे हुए stock 0 Value पे रखे है. सरकार को पैसा देना पडता है तो Divided अच्छा आता है. शेअर मार्केट मे जादा दिमाग, होशियारी ,ग्राफ, कॅन्डल देखने बजाय आगे कंपनी का business, groth कैसी रहेगी. और शेअर से शादी नही करनी है, पैसा दुगना हो गया आधा बेचके आराम से बैठो .ये सब PSU Stock September के बाद फिरसे चलेंगे ही. भारत को defence, Infrastructure, railway इसमे ग्रोथ रहेगी ही. Air force की जरूरत है तो HAL तो चलेगा ही. और हमे जरूरत है तो Cochin shipyard, Mazgon dock, railway sector तो आगे चलेंगे ही. लेकिन मोदी सरकार जबतक है तबतक. तबतक निचे जाये उपर जाये, महंगा खरीदा, सस्ते मे मिला. आराम से बैठो.

Sir usually debt is cheaper than equity dilution but abhi Dekho to QIP and IPO ki bahar hi.....many companies with low debt or no debt are still raising fund through qip does it show promoter feels lets take the advantage of valutation.

I believe it can be done by selling existing shares by promoters or by issuance of new shares. In the event of issuance of new shares( lets say 10% new shares)by the company, is the price of the share on the chart automatically gets adjusted the next day?
Like if a company is having 100000 shares and each one is trading at rs100 ie mcap is 1cr. If another 10000 shares are issued and nothing else is changing, will price of each share become 90.9 next day on charts? Or will the PE become elevated?
Asking this because we dont see the price changing suddenly other than in the instances of ex dividend in market. But issuance of new shares seems like a routine event for companies. Appreciate if you can clarify.
