We preach a sermon every day by our dress and adornment. A laugh and snicker about modest and healthful dressing because it is different to what the world does but the Bible gives principles as to how we should dress. We are to be covered. Our nakedness in bare arms, low necklines, painted lips, jewelry of all kinds including the wedding band, short and tight skirts/dresses or pants for the brothers.
An elderly nursing home non SDA resident reminded me quite often that the woman should not wear that which pertains to the man, meaning women should not wear pants. I didn't agree with her then but subsequently after deeper studies in the Scriptures and Spirit of Prophesy I concur.
The topic of dress reform was so resisted in Sis White's time that she pretty much give up pushing
a reformed dress. However she gives principles of health throughout her writings. We should read her writings to find out these principles and do them.

The health reform message is to be practiced by those who are aiming for better health in this world and striving to make Heaven our home. Sanctification or holiness is NOT OPTIONAL Without holiness NO MAN will see God. See Hebrews 12:14. Heaven's culture is what every Christian needs to follow.
Plant based is biblical. It's right there in the first book of the Bible. Flesh meats are discouraged; a whole plant food diet is recommended along with other principles should govern our lives. Here is one that is often overlooked: the blood and fat of meat/flesh is not to be eaten. GOOGLE it. It's right there in the Bible. This discussion was a smorgasbord of liberalism. Scripture and SOP present solid principles by which we are to live if we are to be fitted for living in Heaven.
