Check out The Optima Sonoran Ranch, I lived in a 1550 sq ft 3 bedroom condo on the top floor, paid $1478 a month in the 9 years I lived there, would probably be $4,000 - $5,000 a month now equivalent to $15,000 in many places in California

You only got $10k in this market? Yikes. Should have used a realtor. I just got a client $40k off a $800k home and all their closing costs paid. Then credited them $6k of my commission. They'll probably tell you that you don't need an inspection next! But hey sounds like you "know there rules."
@@EscapeToArizona I got 10 k nit to bring a realtor but I got extra 75k was way better than using a Realtor that have if the time have no experience
