24:18 "Basic Munitions Workshop" I'd imagine that's where you make trap stuff. Already unlocked. It would be weird (although not unheard of) to give you a room you can't use without different research.

At first glance, it looks like Spallcaster University and Mind Over Magic. I liked those too.
