I still love my ex even though he hurt me so badly. We were long distance, I used to visit him 2/3 times a year because he couldn’t come over. I used to work on weekends at a restaurant and sometimes I would not even sleep to be able to get to the airport on time. Hi Coach Adrian! So good that your videos suddenly popped up on my feed so timely! So just 3 days ago, we just broke up during LDR. He said his reason was that he fell out of love in the middle of it and couldn't go on anymore. We didn't have consistent video calls every night during that 8months like we used to have before when I was in his country for 1 year+, but we do have chat messages every night after his work during LDR. But I think this was a great factor that he fell out of love? I tried to let him think more and try to hold on until we can meet again and work it out (this pandemic!). But he wanted me to try to move on already and love myself, do the things that I love and I want. Focus on to study the career that I've always wanted (reason why I came back to my country first and resigned from my toxic job in his country). In the end, I accepted his decision calmly even if it hurts a thousandfold that night. We agreed we're still bestfriends as we used to be before lovers. And that if we meet again, we won't ignore each other. Now I'm busying myself to be better and more valuable. But I am sure that I still want him back when that time comes we meet again. If he said he fell out of love is the reason, will there still be a chance I can get him back? Or if guys said, guys said. Is this so? I'm trying to stop getting anxious of what may happen in the future, and force myself to focus on my healing and betterment and improvement first. But.... those lines he told me just keeps asking my head.... am I that unworthy to wait for?

In my case it's pretty confusing. We broke up because our lives started to go separate ways and we couldn't see each other. I will be moving to another continent and the distance would triple. We loved each other and cried like crazy when we broke up. We will be doing no contact for some time just to digest that we will not be in a relationship anymore, but we eventually will and want to stay as friends. We left the door open and we both hope that in the future to meet again and continue what we started as a couple.

My ex has been done wrong things.. I got hurt so much but he started crying for me.. Wow that's what I'm afraid of with my situation she got a promotion after they realized she was an engineer she was moved from the plant into the office. She's always carry yourself with great respect but she does get hit on a lot she's very attractive and charismatic and being that I'm not there. I always carried myself confidently and you never brought that issue up God I hope this didn't happen. so many successful corporate men go in and out of that building and she's definitely been taken a liking to because of her strong work ethic she's from Venezuela and she works about three times as hard as her colleagues and they already know that and they love her.. My fear was and is that one of those gentlemen is in a state of his life where he can take a woman like her into his life and give her everything I couldn't.. I still love my ex even though he hurt me so badly. We were long distance, I used to visit him 2/3 times a year because he couldn’t come over. I would wait for him to finish working and go to sleep at 3am only to be able to talk to him, although I had class the following morning. I used to work on weekends at a restaurant and sometimes I would not even sleep to be able to get to the airport on time. I gave everything I could give, that’s how much I loved him, but one day I found out he was cheating on me. I loved him so much that I accepted his apologies and trusted everything he said when he was claiming to only love me and that he wouldn’t be seeing her anymore...only to be left disappointed each time. I know I was so stupid, yet one part of me didn’t want to believe he would hurt me again. Now he’s in a bad period of his life and claims to have changed. I forced myself to break up with him once for all, but I can’t not talk to him, I can’t move on without knowing that he’ll be alright...I’m only hurting myself more and more, but what should I do? After 2 years my heart is still broken

Hi Coach Adrian! So good that your videos suddenly popped up on my feed so timely! So just 3 days ago, we just broke up during LDR. He said his reason was that he fell out of love in the middle of it and couldn't go on anymore. We didn't have consistent video calls every night during that 8months like we used to have before when I was in his country for 1 year+, but we do have chat messages every night after his work during LDR. But I think this was a great factor that he fell out of love? I tried to let him think more and try to hold on until we can meet again and work it out (this pandemic!). But he wanted me to try to move on already and love myself, do the things that I love and I want. Focus on to study the career that I've always wanted (reason why I came back to my country first and resigned from my toxic job in his country). In the end, I accepted his decision calmly even if it hurts a thousandfold that night. We agreed we're still bestfriends as we used to be before lovers. And that if we meet again, we won't ignore each other. Now I'm busying myself to be better and more valuable. But I am sure that I still want him back when that time comes we meet again. If he said he fell out of love is the reason, will there still be a chance I can get him back? Or if guys said, guys said. Is this so? I'm trying to stop getting anxious of what may happen in the future, and force myself to focus on my healing and betterment and improvement first. But.... those lines he told me just keeps asking my head.... am I that unworthy to wait for?

In my case it's pretty confusing. We broke up because our lives started to go separate ways and we couldn't see each other. I will be moving to another continent and the distance would triple.
We loved each other and cried like crazy when we broke up. We will be doing no contact for some time just to digest that we will not be in a relationship anymore, but we eventually will and want to stay as friends. We left the door open and we both hope that in the future to meet again and continue what we started as a couple.

My long distance ex girlfriend of 1 year broke up with me. I went into two months of no contact. I feel like I'm in a good place right now. I found out She has another guy who is also long distance I believe and she doesn't know that I know. I reached out for a week and eventually we spoke once.
