Fun video! That sandwich looked divine! And who wouldn’t love some risgrøtt for dinner? Yummm! “Barn Santa” cracked me up, and then I actually saw a “fjøsnisse” in my Instagram feed! I’d never heard that term before. We would call your nisser gnomes or elves, and I think they’re adorable. We have them all over our house this time of year. ❤ I feel like you could do all kinds of meals and call them Christmas food. We often have a breakfast casserole on Christmas morning (and call it Christmas breakfast casserole) that we assemble the night before and then stick in the oven on Xmas morning. There’s also Christmas cauliflower (has green bell pepper and pimento) and cranberry salad (there are lots of takes on that). I like to also make pumpkin pancakes. 😋 I love the themed days of eating, and this one was awesome. Have a great week! ❤

with a little adjusting, a few eggs and some milk, try the sandwich ingredients in the waffle maker 😉😁👌
