You may not respond, but I'll ask anyway: I have an important question, this being android and all. Android is a fairly flexible OS, but some Vendors limit it's capabilities. Is it a way to install Android Apps .apk packages ? does it has a file manager like a phone would have?
Yes you can install APKs and a file manager. I actually had to do this on the Formovie Theatre which is not Netflix compatible, but I side-loaded an older version which worked

It uses a standard screw mount so you would get away with a cheap mount such as those found on Amazon

The only way you'd be able to connect it is if your soundbar has an analogue audio aux input
