Very sad news indeed. I remember getting the "Naturally" album from my dad in 95' or 96, when i was 6-years old. I have listened to him since. And he left us more than his beautiful music, because he left a whole legacy! Artists like Knopfler, Rea and Clapton would not be what they are today without the great J.J Cale.

Thanks. JJ Cale's music, it never bores me. it's simple, yet impossible to do it the way the man did it himself. Anyway, I love it very much. I've heard it several times that I look like Jeremy Irons, can't see it myself, but it must be so, otherwise I wouldn't hear it so much :). Cheers, eric

is there any way you could share with me the notes for the chords you are using for the higher up rhythm sections? I couldn't quite figure them out. I understand the key and more basic E A B,'s but not the ones you are using, and they seem spot on! I could probably handle a simple explanation, (cjgillygoo@gmail.com).

Hi, I never use sheet music, I just listen to the song a few times and then just play and sing it my way. But to do it this way you need to have a good musical hearing capacity. If you can't do it this way you can find the chords on internet, but true, sometimes you have to consult more sites to find the right chords. Succes! Best regards, Eric.
